Updated May 13, 2014: I'm getting a lot of people telling me they went and checked, but its not there. On Google Moon it is there, but NASA added brightness...you must;
1. Take a screenshot of the area.
2. Add contrast to it.
3. Look at it on the computer screen using a HD camera. (trick to digitally enhance it).
Found a alien dome city at these coordinates on the moon. 9°17'9.31”N 107°12'2.16"E Clearly NASA has photoshoped them out of most photos, but this is what it looks like. Did my best to increase its digital content...focusing it. I put it on Twitter a few minutes ago and sent it to the United Nations or @UN. Follow me there. I'm @SCWbooks SCW
