This glowing object could be an entity if is about 1-2 meters, but if its 7+ meters then is a UFO. Yes, both do exist and its difficult to tell them apart in the sky, be cause there is little to compare them to in order to deduce their size. This UFO was seen during the day and is glowing as much as the sun itself! Australia is famous for its UFOs, but a daytime catch is very rare.

Eyewitness states:
Just seconds before this sighting, Peter Maxwell Slattery saw what sort of looked like a kite, fly by the side of his house, as he investigated, he could not see it, but when going back to his backyard he saw what you see in this video. About half way into the footage Pete leaves the camera on a tripod pointing at the object, so you can see that this object is moving as he is not touching the camera until just before the footage stops, at which time it is going out of view, next this thing disappeared.
