Mars Animal Gets Eaten By Another Creature When Rover Drill Scares It, @NASA Source, Oct 2016, UFO Sighting News.

Date of sighting: Oct 2016
Location of sighting: Mars, Sol 882
NASA Source: http://mars.jpl.nasa.gov/msl/multimedia/raw/?s=50#/?slide=882

Here you see the Curiosity rover drilling into the dirt on Mars and as it is, a small critter is seen walking away from the drill area. To top it off, the small creature walks just a little ways, before something even bigger stretches out from below a rock and snags it. You see one arm in front of it, and a second behind it. So there is life on Mars, but its a vicious and short life to be had.

If you have trouble seeing it, then please hit the video below and make if full screen and in HD mode. You will see it at 45 seconds into the video. Found by Youtube user Mars Alive, its really an extraordinary find, and very lucky. Sadly, the Curiosity rover is responsible for this creatures death, since it scared it off, only be eaten by some hungry predator with long arms.

It almost looks like a sharp triangle rock is actually a crab like creature that grabbed this first dark animal. Now do you remember about 6 years back a rock labeled "the Mars Donut," was seen to have moved, even though it was big. And the first time the Russian lander landed on Mars, a similar crab-like object was seen in one photos, but disappeared in the next photo, so what we have here is a smaller creature eaten by a larger one that can appear like a rock, but move a high speeds when attacking.

  1. Its vibrations making debris dance around. To drill into rock you need a hammer drill and appropriate masonry bit.

    1. No, I watched carefully and took that into account. I will add some color screenshots to show how this big object moving out far, then pulling back.

    2. Actually, Ive done ALLOT of this type of drilling in various types of stone, that image is reminiscent of slate and particles and other debris do that exact thing. (layered rock slabs)

  2. Yup,watched on Mars Live. Looks like some sort of liquid finding its way..a sample of this would surely be fascinating to investigate.

  3. I use a drill quite a lot. This looks like vibration from the drill causing the rocks to move.

    1. You can't think about curiosity's drill like a normal drill we use home!

  4. I think actualy its vibrating and bits that fly from drilling, if you look properly when the left "piece" lands there are two pieces but one of them on the right from it is a dark shadow from the moving of the drill/machine and the object or thing that seem to eat the left object is also a moving shadow of drilling dust. Unfortunately the video is not long enough to see if the right object realy "eats" the left one. Its just a "lucky" moment of light, shadows of moving things and more. There are realy videos which show weird and even more unexplainable signs of live!!! Iam sure there is live on mars and out there but not there at the drilling moment of rover!!

  7. Scott,
This is "displacement". Stress caused by torque and velocity of drill. Also take into consideration that this drill could've taken place while the environment was extremely cold. Friction caused by the revolutions of drill caused melting or disruption of soil, rock and possibly ice. My doubt is it's not ice. Late evening or early morning temps can get cold. The difference in shade could be 100 degrees or more. I'm looking at it and will try and determine.
