This is a UFO with a cloak that disguises it as a cloud. The shape of the UFO is unique in that its a barbell shape and that its standing on end. Although the video is short, the eyewitness said the duration of the event lasted 30 minutes. That means a few things...the UFO wanted to be seen, waited to be seen and measured and researched through telepathy what the person is feeling, seeing, thinking when a UFO is seen and does fear or confusion last the 30 minutes or does it dissipate and become replaced with curiosity? This is what real sightings are like.

Aura or haze around object Stood out on my deck and saw this object hovering above my town. Sparkling and hard to track, but obviously not a commercial aircraft I was standing outside on my deck and saw this object shimmering. It hovers and does not make a sound. It is moving northeast. Other neighbors confirm seeing it. We are trying to figure out if it is a weather balloon or a craft. It moves like a jellyfish.
