Eyewitness states (translated):
"On the day today (Wednesday, 7) in the evening around 5 pm in the sky was another flying flexible unidentified object. The same came flying off the side of the Rio de la Plata and went to Cañuelas, flying from north to south, passing over the south of Greater Buenos Aires. As shown it is a rectangular object having a particular plane in the video you will not note and reveals an open circular cavity with 2 black dots on the inside. It is not litter or a bag, as it is seen flying almost always flat and horizontal with slight variations, revealing it is intelligently control as another object made of paper or a plastic bag would have a Rotating direction, but it was a straight and flexible object against the wind. And last detail, good look in the center of the object appears to be have something to rotate faster or expelled as a jet of air or something similar. This will be the engine that drives all these Flexible UFOs? The secret finally revealed?"
