Newly released video of giant UFO over Taiwan, Jan 2012 News.

I know, I reported on this sighting already last month, however this updated post is a newly released video of the UFO in the cloud that has never been seen before and its in much higher detail that the one I reported last month. I say this is a UFO, due to the old "O'hare Airport incident where hundreds of eyewitnesses saw a grey UFO take hover for 15 min the suddenly take off and as it passed through a cloud, it left a hole...meaning its propulsion system creates holes in clouds. The hole over O'Hare was there for 15 minutes! Take a look at this video from Taiwan and tell us what you think in comments please. SCW

This morning, Tuesday, January 10, 2012, at 11:00 am local time, people in Tainan City, Taiwan, a city of 850,000 residents, witnessed a seemingly unnatural phenomenon over their city. The morning was lightly overcast, with a layer of high-altitude clouds blanketing the sky. Sometime between 10:15 am and 11:00 am local time, a large sphere materialized. More accurately, the clouds were vaporized, leaving a perfect spherical hole measuring at least 6 km in diameter. The sighting left many people wondering about its cause.

Was it a UFO? Was it the testing of a secret weapon resembling HAARP? (If so, be on alert for a serious earthquake soon.) Was it something naturally-occuring? The shape seemed too large and perfectly spherical to be natural. It appeared that the clouds were vaporized by some heat or energy source.

With the heated political atmosphere during the Presidential election campaign in Taiwan, some perhaps speculated that aliens paid a special visit to Taiwan to give incumbent President Ma a visible, but non-interfering, endorsement that he could take credit for.

Perhaps, this was just a rare, but naturally-occuring fallstreak hole, but that wouldn't seem as interesting.

The person who took the photo was not aware of the rod in the photo until he put them on his computer on Oct 31, then he noticed the odd object in them. He tried to enlarge the photo in hopes of recognizing what it could be, but even enlarged it is still unidentifiable.



He took the photo when he went to the Lulin Planetarium after walking from the nearby museum. He saw the setting sun and had to stop to take a photo of the beautiful sky.

What seems to be the best footage taken so far of rods was filmed by Mark Lichtle who is a professional cameraman for US television. He was making a film of parachutists jumping into a deep, vertical cave near San Luis Potosi, Mexico. As in most cases, the rods were only noticed when the film was reviewed later. On observing the slow-motion video, Lichtle saw numerous rods darting in and out of the frame and flying around the base jumpers as they fell through the air (see picture left). In one shot, a rod avoids colliding with one of the jumpers by veering sharply away at the last second.
