An interesting tringle glowing object rises above the clouds and almost seems to have a semi transparent diamond shape surrounding it. I love this live cam. I gives the UFO community a lot of great UFO sightings every year from a rare angle. I can't seem to find the cam URL he used, but if you see it please leave it in comments below, thanks. SCW
It's the CloudCam at Mauna Kea, HI. It's on the CFHT (Canadian, French, Hawaiian Telescope). Pretty Cool!

Go to this site for an online ephemeris. Put in Hawaii, at 4260 meters altitude. Then you can see what rises at the time the triangle "ufo" rises in the cloudcam.

I just searched the rising times for the Cloudcam for Oct. 9. That triangle is one of two stars: Pollux, which rises at 00:14 (I think this is the one) or Sirius which rises at 00:28. Lots of people mistake what's on the cloudcam for ufos. Some people see the moon rise (it looks like a fiery sun to the cloudcam's sensitive night lens) on the cloudcam and think it is the dwarf star that so many are talking about. But it is just the moon. Even one day before the new moon, on the cloudcam it looks like a fiery planet.
