Listen carefully during this sighting and you will hear a dog in the background barking. Dogs often hear the UFOs when they approach and bark when hearing the high pitch sound. True he is moving the camera a lot, but the three lights are clearly seperate yet following one another over the houses.

This is a unique sighting of someone who recorded with a cell phone a strange UFO flying above the Altai Mountains. At the beginning of the video the lighting is perfect and we can clearly see the strange object as it swirls and moves along the mountain tops.

The eyewitness said he was on the mountain with a friend when they noticed the strange light in the sky so he pulled out his cell phone and began recording.

These spirals have been seen all over the world, but the biggest spiral ever seen was the one that was over Norway on the day President Obama was to receive his Nobel Peace Prize. That day it was witnessed by hundreds of thousands of onlookers. Was it just aliens saying congrats?
