Update: Although he mentions DOE, it may mean Department of Extraterrestrial Affairs, which was created by the UN.

Corporal Weygandt states that the DOE, Department of Energy was there on the scene immediately after him, taking control of the situation, with many men in black there. He was there just 15 minutes but because he had an up close look into the craft and the outer parts of the craft he was immediately arrested. The men dressed in black said they are on their own program and don't have to obey anyone, we just do what we want. Weygandt states, "yes there were life forms in the ship." He said he held the creatures hands, which only had four fingers. The men that were investigating the UFO in black cloths were with a team called, "Delta, Oscar, Echo."

I believe these aliens are inhabiting parts of the Peru area in underground bases, and have made an arrangement with the DOE to help cover up accidents. Evidence that aliens have been in Peru go back tens of thousands of year with the Nazdec lines, also a recent alien mummy was found (click here to view). I hope hackers investigate the DOE in Peru...it could be very interesting. SCW

Lance Corporal Weygandt was stationed in Peru when he was asked to report to a crash site of a mysterious aircraft shot down into a mountainside. He said it was unlike anything he had seen. After visiting the site, he was arrested and held in a cell for days.

There are a lot of things NASA is hiding, but one thing they cannot do is edit the past millions of NASA photos. Sure they edited them some long ago, but their techniques back then often missed or poorly covered alien objects. Today NASA's Johnson Space Center has an airbrush room to remove these or blur over them, but if you want to find alien evidence, its easiest in old photos. SCW

UFO Following Apollo 11 Module Across The Moon Surface, Photo-Video, UFO Sighting News.

Here we have a UFO shooting across the moons surface caught by the Apollo 11 mission photos. The craft seems to be cigar shaped with a jet-like contrail behind it. In the original photo, it is in the upper center area. Perhaps this craft was following the Apollo 11 module as it orbited the moon. SCW

About This Site & Me.

Hi, my name is Scott C. Waring and I wrote a few books and am currently a ESL School Owner in Taiwan. I have had my own UFO sighting up close and personal, but that's how it works right? A non believer becomes a believer when they experience their first sighting. You witnessed it, your perceptual field changes, so now you need to share it.

I created this site to help the UFO community get a little bit organized. I noticed that there was a lot of chaos when searching for UFO sighting reports, so I hope this site helps. I wanted to support those eyewitnesses who have tried to tell others about what they have seen, yet were laughed at by even closest of friends.

More and more each day the governments of the world leak bits and pieces of UFO information to the public. They have a trickle down theory in hopes of slowly getting citizens use to the idea that we are not alone in universe and never have been. The truth is being leaked drop by drop until one day we look around and find ourselves neck high in it.

The discovery of alien species in existence is the most monumental scientific event in human history, suppression of that information is a crime against humanity.
