Just one thing, meditation works, but you need patience. This guy tried it and eventually it worked...nine months is a long time to wait. I did it and on the first time I saw a translucent orb the size of a baseball just 2 meters behind me...but behind my camera tripod! They are sneaky and can read you mind. Oh...the one I saw moved 50 meters in 3 seconds it took for me to flip my tripod 180 degrees. I didn't see it move, because I was flipping my tripod around. They will take a risk at being caught, but, they won't deliberately let you record them. I only wish he had an iphone 6 like I have, which takes much better photos than what he took. The phone he is holding looks 5 years old, and cameras back then were fuzzy. Upgrade your phones people. Most convenient cameras we got!

Sitting in his back garden in Catforth, near Preston, 47-year-old Zed said an alien-like being appeared in the sky at 6am last Saturday – and he snapped these photos of the odd apparition.
“I’ve been meditating through the night for about nine months now to try and communicate with extraterrestrials and out of the corner of my eye I saw something appear,” Zed said.
“It was only for a few seconds but luckily I had my phone ready and managed to get a shot of it before it disappeared a few seconds later.
“It was weird because normally you expect them to be a disc shape but this appears to have had four legs.
“I think it might be part organic and part machine, although some people have said it looks like the alien from Alien vs Predator. I wouldn’t say that, as it’s very negative and I’d like to be positive about what it is,”
And this isn’t the first time Zed believes he’s seen beings from another world, although they have always taken other forms.
“This is first time I’ve managed to catch one on camera,” he said. “I’ve seen like triangle 3D crafts before which were fiery orange in colour but nothing like this one.”
Zed is a keen follower of American ufologist Steven Greer, who founded the Centre for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence and shares his view that his meditation is all about enlightenment.
Retired doctor Greer also founded The Disclosure Project, which seeks the disclosure of allegedly suppressed UFO information and Zed follows his meditation programme called CE5.
“It really is all about enlightenment,” said Zed. “The meditation allows us to communicate with them. I don’t think anyone who is isn’t open-minded will understand. Lots of people are sceptics.”
